Library Thing

I know I am offically the 12 Billionth person to talk about librarything.com but I do like being able to make my own bookshelf on there. It is way more fun than you would think. Someday I will manage to put all my books on there. (yeah right! ) but until then it is a great tool to mess around with if you really want to go nuts with personal cataloging! http://www.librarything.com/

Been down a while

I never posted to this like I thought I would. But I think that somewhere down the line I will post to this more. There was too much going on for me to post much then during ALA. I am trying to come up with a blog I can keep commenting on but I am looking for a message at this point. Blogs come and go and rise and fall. Information science is in such a state of flux I feel like it is important to comment and have your voice heard and have some sort of web presence. I did find a nice picture of the back of my head from ALA where I attended an Open source ILS presentation! So to the future. -Jay
